A new guided journal for reflection, growth, and spiritual practice between Pesach and Shavuot
Each year, the seven-week journey from Pesach to Shavuot invites us to grow—in awareness, in compassion, in connection, and in presence. Rooted in ancient tradition, this sacred period is both a spiritual pilgrimage and a personal journey of soul growth.
As we count each of the 49 days between freedom and revelation, we are given the opportunity to pause, reflect, deepen our awareness, and align our lives with our deepest values.
Counting the Omer offers us a way to explore who we are—and how we want to show up in the world—through the lens of the Seven Lower Sefirot, Divine qualities that serve as building blocks for personal and spiritual growth. Each week focuses on one sefira, and each day explores how that weekly energy intersects with another sacred attribute. Through this interplay, we are invited to embody each quality in a more nuanced, balanced, and integrated way.
For the past few years, I’ve led a community Omer counting and guided journaling practice, and this year I’m excited to share a new resource I created: Counting the Omer: A Spiritual Journey.

As you can see from these sample pages, the journal is filled with weekly sefirot teachings, daily prompts, blessings, reflections, and artwork designed to deepen and enrich the practice. It can be used in community, with a hevruta (study partner), or on your own.

I also want to thank those of you who let me know that the website was mistakenly treating the journal like a physical product and asking for shipping information. That issue has now been fixed, and the journal is available as a digital download.
You can order it here:

I would be deeply grateful if you would share it with friends, family, and fellow spiritual seekers.
May this journal—and the sacred practice of Counting the Omer—help illuminate your journey.
Chag Pesach Sameach,
Joanne
